$1 Billion Funded in 161 Days!

In just 161 days, we have funded 2,087 files for $1,029,505 in volume. That is an average of 12.9 files and $6.3 million per day since January 1, 2025.

The crazy part is it took us 820 days to break $1 billion the first time. We launched in August of 2021, and didn’t break $1 billion until October of 2023.

This is a testament to the team and agents we have attracted at BRX.

Our next goal is to break $1 billion in 120 days. I predict we will do it next year.

As we get ready to celebrate our 4th anniversary on August 1, 2025, it’s incredible to see how far we’ve come in such a short time. And June is shaping up to be another big month!

BRX Cares Events

Although we are a virtual company, we understand the value of meeting with other brokers to build strong, interpersonal relationships.

In April of this year, we launched a series of live meetups called “BRX Cares.”

We identified local ambassadors who will organize meetups with mortgage brokers in their area so they can connect, share ideas, and have a little fun.

Each agent brings a small donation for a local cause, and BRX Mortgage puts money toward agents spending time together and getting to know each other.

A total of 282 agents signed up for our first two BRX Cares events.

Our ambassadors organized meetups at local pubs, go-kart tracks, mini-golf courses, and even one at a therapeutic riding stable.

We currently have 19 ambassadors and counting. You can see their approximate locations on the map below.

The goal is to eventually have BRX ambassadors everywhere, including in the US when we expand across the border.
