The Sticky Notes Beside My Desk

Beside the neon sign in my office is a pile of sticky notes.
Every time I create leverage in the business, I write it down and stick it beside the sign.
Sometimes it is a new system.
Sometimes it is better communication.
Sometimes it is recording a video once instead of explaining the same thing 50 times.
Sometimes it is AI.
Sometimes it is hiring support.
But the point is always the same.
Stop solving the same problems over and over again.
Most people think growth comes from more hours, more hustle, and more effort.
I think some of the biggest breakthroughs come from leverage instead.
A better process.
A better framework.
A better question.
Something that keeps paying you back long after the work is done.
The longer I am in business, the more I notice how much energy gets wasted on unnecessary manual work.
Repeated explanations.
Repeated mistakes.
Repeated bottlenecks.
Repeated decision making.
That stuff drains you fast.
And most of the time, it feels normal because you are so used to doing it.
But one small improvement that saves you 10 minutes a day adds up fast.
Over a year, that is roughly 60 hours back.
That is the real value of leverage. It is not always dramatic, but it compounds.
