Wow! May was a record month for BRX! Our previous best month was August of 2023, where we funded 280 files, for a total of $120,970,721. 

It is exciting to see that number smashed, especially in such a challenging market. I am proud of our team, and the amazing agents we have been attracting. 

I have also included a comparison of files funded and volume in May for the past three years.

As you can see, we have had a 714% increase in files, and a 676% increase in volume, since Year 1.  This growth is the result of having attracted so many amazing brokers over the past two years.
