My overall experience with BRX Mortgage has far exceeded my expectations. I initially joined as a rookie because I knew I needed serious help with sales training. My underwriting skills were weak as well, but my biggest hurdle was getting out of my own way and connecting with referral partners.

I can now connect with referral partners with confidence and my underwriting skills have improved significantly. The brokerage is completely transparent on compensation; they do everything to assist us in earning more per hour, i.e., revenue share and stock options. There are so many benefits to being with BRX, and I can’t imagine growing my business anywhere else.
