I wanted to be part of a company where everyone is winning, not just people in certain areas and if you had certain connections.

Before I got into mortgage brokering, a lot of people told me I would be really great in sales, and I always really liked the idea of something in that realm— meeting people, making connections, making good income— but I always hated the idea of putting people into products or services that would hurt them financially. I was drawn to mortgage brokering because I like the idea of selling people something that would benefit them. Also, as opposed to being a hard seller, I could really work as an educator.


What attracted me to BRX was precisely that vibe and the strong sense of community within the brokerage. I wanted to be part of a company where everyone is winning, not just people in certain areas and if you had certain connections. I love that this is a transparent-with-agents brokerage and that they are very open and upfront with the amount of commission we're receiving from lenders. I also really like the laid out split structure as we brokers don’t have to worry about negotiating— everyone gets the same contract.
